Time is of the absence…

Too true. So I haven’t done anything here for a week. Hardly surprising though. In between lengthy crying spells (that would be 5 week old mini-awesome, not me), broken pool creepy-crawlies, an entropic garden, intricate Settling on Catan (of which ours is eagerly anticipated!) and the arrival of my new Canon MiniDV toy… where would I have found the time?

Yip. Things are not as they were. One truth about having a kid is that life changes. It doesn’t end, but it certainly takes a pretty big leap towards something completely different – the major difference for me having been a complete hobby-standstill.
Oh. And being awake regularly between 2am and 5am. That’s also quite new. And never having the time to lurk. Also quite an unwelcome novelty…

So as I quest for excellence as a father who can perform fancy heli tricks, competently edit DV feature films, create musical vistas, cook up the proverbial storm and avoid getting to ambitious in any other fields – I say solongandgoodnight. I’m sure I’ll be awake before you tomorrow!

    Hi Cus

Something told that even though you’re on the other side of the world that Settlers of Catan would soon be discovered, by someone as great as Captain Awesome
